To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results (Provisional) of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 along with Limited Review Report. 2. To consider, discuss and approve the ongoing business propositions or any other business. In this connection, as informed earlier through our letter dated June 28, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from 01st July, 2019 till 48 hours of declaration of the financial results for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the code of conduct of prevention of Insider trading.
