Noida-based realtor Assotech Ltd and Sun Apollo India Real Estate Fund have come together to execute a project in Gurgaon.
Sun Apollo will be investing Rs 75 crore in the project. It has 49.1 per cent stake in the company.
“The project — Assotech Blith — will entail an investment of Rs 500 crore and will commence bookings from tomorrow. To be built in an area of 12 acres, the project will host 583 apartments among others,” Mr Sanjeev Srivastva, MD, Assotech Ltd said.
The company has applied for sanctions to the Haryana Government.
