Divi's Laboratories Ltd's consolidated net profit increased 32.87 per cent at ₹388 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2020 as against ₹292 crore earned in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Consolidated total income of the company stood at ₹1,466.44 crore for the quarter under consideration. It was ₹1,307.97 crore for the same period year ago.
For the full year ended March 31, 2020, net profit and total revenue stood at ₹1,376 crore (₹1,352 cr) and ₹5,585 cr (₹5,102 cr) respectively.
The board of directors of the company had declared and paid an interim dividend of ₹16 per share for the financial year 2019-20. No final dividend is recommended, the drug-maker informed BSE.
