JF Laboratories Ltd has informed the BSE that in response to a petition for winding up filed by Kotak Mahindra Bank under Section 433(e) of the Companies Act, 1956, the company said all assets, bank balances, records, and books of accounts and vouchers have been handed over to the Official Liquidator on October 12.
A copy of acknowledgement in respect thereof was received from the office of Official liquidator.
Further, the Official Liquidator has directed that the board of directors is discharged and is no longer required to deal with any matters relating to the company as such matters will be dealt with by the official liquidator.
