As India prepares for its next phase of growth, it will be critical for the country to re-invent itself to lay claim to being a true world leader.

This year’s annual convention of the Madras Management Association (MMA) will explore various aspects of this re-invention with the theme “Re-inventing India”.

The convention will be held on February 2 on the theme ‘Future Tense or Future Perfect? Is India Future – Ready?’

B. Muthuraman, Vice-Chairman, Tata Steel Ltd, will inaugurate the convention while Alok Kshirsagar, Director (Senior Partner), McKinsey & Company, will deliver the keynote address, said a press release issued by MMA.

R. Seshasayee, Executive Chairman, Ashok Leyland Ltd, will deliver the valedictory address and present the awards to the winners of the 16th MMA Competition for Tomorrow’s Managers and Best Young Manager of the Year 2013.
