The Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) has finished work on its property, ‘Kerala House,' on Greams Road in Chennai, according to Mr Cherian Philip, Chairman, KTDC. The hotel project was completed on schedule, Mr Philip announced here. The complex stands on 55 cents of land and offers 95 air-conditioned rooms with television, phone and Internet connectivity at affordable rates. Additional facilities include an auditorium, conference hall, restaurant, health club and elaborate parking facility for vehicles. The property will be opened for business shortly, an official spokesman quoted Mr Philip as saying.
