Spot rubber continued to remain in a positive mood on Thursday. RSS-4 was quoted unchanged at ₹125 a kg by traders. The grade improved to ₹125 (124) and ₹121 (120) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. The trend was mixed. June futures slid to ₹128.30 (128.48)and July to ₹131.40 (131.55) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE). RSS-3 (spot) weakened to ₹118.31 (118.84)at Bangkok. May futures dropped to ₹108.77 (109.55) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 125 (125); RSS-5: 123 (122); ISNR 20: 120 (120) and Latex (60% drc): 89 (88).
