The Haryana Tourism Corporation (HTC) has joined hands with India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) to promote a special scheme for creation of employable skills amongst the State youths.
The Union Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Culture Minister, Ms Kumari Selja, will launch the programme in Ambala on May 4, and the first batch of 50 candidates would be admitted and provided training, he added.
In all, 25 candidates would be trained in Food and Beverage service for six weeks. The second group of 25 candidates would be provided training in food production trade for eight weeks.
