GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd has launched a personalised on-demand entertainment service at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, offering passengers the facility to download movies within 3 minutes.

With this, RGIA offers passengers the freedom to download movies, TV shows and videos at the terminal at hyper fast speed without any Internet or data connection. This service has been made available in partnership with Fropcorn, a travel entertainment venture, for passengers at RGIA.

The entertainment WiFi hotspot is currently available at the security hold area of the domestic terminal, which shall soon be extended to other parts of the airport.

The Fropcorn’s WiFi-enabled media servers create a secure hotspot that allows passengers to download a complete movie within 3 minutes.

This can be done by downloading Fropcorn App from Google Play Store. Flyers can connect their devices to the Airport Movie WiFi available at the terminal and download the movies via the Fropcorn App. Once downloaded, the movies can be viewed at leisure during the flight duration. The content catalogue includes 100s of high quality movies across multiple genres and languages.
