Cloud computing firm 8KMiles has acquired FuGen Solutions for $7.5 million.
With this acquisition, 8KMiles is looking to expand and build on its existing solutions to meet the security and compliance needs of large enterprises and government agencies better.
The purchase includes the acquisition of FuGen Solutions’ market leading patented Cloud Identity Broker and Multi-domain Identity Services platform.
