The Communication and IT Minister, Mr Kapil Sibal, will meet telecom companies tomorrow to discuss the New Telecom Policy 2011. Mr Sibal had announced that he will announce a new policy within 100 days. The 15-point agenda for tomorrow includes 2G spectrum pricing, allocation of additional spectrum, uniform licence fee. Merger and acquisition norms, spectrum sharing and reframing are also on agenda.
