Dell Services has appointed Mr Suresh Vaswani to lead its Applications and Business Process Outsourcing organisation. As Executive Vice-President, Mr Vaswani will report to Mr Steve Schuckenbrock, President of Dell Services, and will also assume the responsibility as Chairman, Dell India.
Mr Vaswani was till recently the joint CEO of Wipro's IT business and an executive director on the board of Wipro Ltd. Dell, in a statement said, that Mr Vaswani's focus will be to build next generation service offering and grow its process capabilities on a global basis across multiple industry verticals, service offerings and market segments. The Dell Services entity has more than 15,000 employees globally.
