Ybrant Digital posted a revenue of Rs 381 crore in the firtst quarter ended June 30, 2012, as against Rs 272 crore in the same quarter last year, a growth of 40 per cent. It reported a net profit of Rs 60 crore (Rs 44 crore) in the quarter, with a growth of 36 per cent. Ybrant Digital is the merged entity of Ybrant Digital (privately held) and LGS Global (listed). After the merger, Ybrant Digital went for listing on July 27 via LGS.
