Amazon Messaging Assistant will now be available in Hindi

Amazon India on Wednesday announced the launch of its Automated Messaging Assistant in Hindi.

Millions of customers can now get their queries resolved in the language of choice, without even connecting with an associate, Amazon said in a statement.

The company said that the conversation happens inside the messaging window where the customer can naturally interact just as they would with a human, and the bot transitions to a human assistant within the same window.
