Four employees from Cognizant Technology Solutions, three from Syntel and one who had worked with HTC have submitted IDA 21 petitions (dismissal of an individual workman) with the Tamil Nadu Labour Commissioner, said a press release from Forum for IT Employees (FITE). Two employees of Cognizant had already filed the petition to the Labour Department.
