Our Bureau Cyient Ltd’s net profit increased 16.2 per cent at ₹121.5 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, compared to ₹105 crore in the same period last year.
The total revenue of the Hyderabad -based IT firm increased 12.8 per cent at ₹1,062 crore (₹941 crore)
“The fourth quarter performance was in line with our expectations. We recorded our highest ever revenue and operating profit in the quarter,’’ Krishna Bodanapu, MD & CEO, Cyient, said in a release issued here on Thursday.
For the full year ended March 2018, the revenue grew 8.6 per cent at ₹3,917.5 crore (₹3,606.5 crore) with a net profit increase of ₹16 per cent at ₹430 crore (₹370 crore). The growth was led by communications, transportation and aerospace and defence business units.
