Mobile phones maker Gionee on Thursday launched its flagship model Elife E8 priced at ₹34,999 in an exclusive deal with online shopping website Snapdeal. The product will be available from October 12.
As of now its latest handset will only be available through Snapdeal and then eventually might be available at the offline stores, depending on the market scenario, the company said.
Elife E8 will also mark Gionee’s debut in the e-commerce space boosting its already existing offline distribution across the country.
The new handset comes with 24 MP rear camera and has 8 MP front camera, a high-resolution camera, as compared to many other competitors.
The Gionee E8 runs on Android 5.1 out of the box, Mediatek chipset and octacore 2.0 GHz CPU.
Along with fingerprint recognition system, it also offers dual-SIM 4G, six-inch display, 64GB ROM+3GB RAM, dual speaker, a 3500 mAh battery and fast charging.
