In order to help advertisers create content in regional languages, Google India has announced support of Bengali for Google Adwords and Google AdSense. This is expected to help publishers and advertisers reach out to a larger audience with Bengali-language search and display ads. Content creators, who have websites and blogs in Bengali, can now look at monetising their content by attracting advertisers. “We are working hard to ensure that digital advertising is keeping up with the needs of an evolving internet audience,” Shalini Girish, Director — Google Marketing Solutions, Google India, said.
