Mahindra Satyam will announce results for fourth quarter and the financial year 2011-12 ended March 31 on May 17.
Top management of the firm will take queries on the earnings call at 7 p.m. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange about the details of the call and numbers to access from different geographies.
After the results, the board would take up the proposal to merge the firm with Tech Mahindra at the annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on June 8. Tech Mahindra too would also hold its AGM in June to get permission for the merger.
