Infosys co-founder N R Narayana Murthy has deferred his call with investors due to health reasons.
The call has been rescheduled to August 29th, according to investment advisory firm Investec.
The statement said that Murthy remains very keen to speak with investors but unfortunately, he is unable to be on the call due to health reasons.
The call was supposed to have addressed investors, including Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund, and Abu Dhabhi Wealth Fund, to provide a roadmap on the company's future plans.
This development comes four days after former CEO and MD Vishal Sikka put in his papers after a continued showdown with the founders. Investors, who are registered, need not register again to get into the call, the statement said.
