Property consultant CBRE on Wednesday said it has joined hands with Nasscom to identify and support start-ups that seek to transform the Indian real estate sector. CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd will conduct a ‘Proptech Challenge’ in collaboration with Nasscom in order to identify budding start-ups working towards innovating and building technology solutions for the real estate sector. “Creating the next-generation of start-ups is the need of the hour, and this platform will provide opportunities to not only the present emerging technologies and innovations but also entry into our 10K start-up ecosystem,” Srikanth Srinivasan, Nasscom Head, Membership, said.
