Bengaluru-based mobile value-added services company, OnMobile, has launched ‘ONMO’ video across five different telecom operators across India, Bangladesh and West Asia.
ONMO video will showcase exclusive regional content in five Indian languages, namely Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Bengali and across categories that include movie scenes, recipes, places of interest, beauty tips, kids’ entertainment, devotional, health and fitness.
“Nine out of every 10 new Internet users here over the next five years are likely to be Indian language users. With increased availability and affordability of data network and smartphones, there is a significant market for regional content consumption,” Sanjay Bhambri, President & Chief Operating Officer - India, Asia, Middle East & Africa, OnMobile Global, said, as per a release issued by the company.
