Healthcare platform Practo has acquired Qikwell, a company into appointment scheduling at hospitals, making it the world’s largest appointment booking platform with nearly 40 million appointments every year.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“This is our fourth acquisition in the last five months. We continue our mission to help simplify and digitise healthcare globally and make Practo your health app. I am very pleased to welcome Krishna, Ragavendra and the Qikwell team to Practo,” said Practo Founder and Chief Executive Officer Shashank ND.
