Newscorp-backed real estate portal PropTiger.com’s co-founder Prashan Agarwal has quit the firm to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities, while the company announced change in senior leadership team.
Agarwal was with the company for the past four years, the company said in a statement.
“As we embark upon our next phase of growth we need to have a strongly defined alignment of roles and responsibilities that will help drive speed and intensity of execution,” said Dhruv Agarwala, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.
The company has named Sunil Mishra as the Chief Business Officer. Mishra, who will be based at the company’s Mumbai office, was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Karvy Private Wealth, the wealth management business of the Karvy Group.
PropTiger.com has appointed Rohit Hasteer as Chief Human Resources Officer, who will be based at the company’s headquarters in Noida. The online real estate platform has appointed Neeraj Chaturvedi as Chief Marketing Officer, who will join from India Today Group.
“These appointments will help us to consolidate our leadership position in the online real estate space and enable us to build on our strong track record of growth and execution,” said Agarwala.
