Reliance Jio Infocomm, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), has launched JioNews as an App and a web-based service, timing it with the Lok Sabha and Assembly Elections 2019, ongoing IPL 2019 and Cricket World Cup 2019 among others.
The app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. JioNews, apart from providing news, would also offer Live TV, videos, magazines, newspapers and much more, the company said in a statement.
With an integrated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, JioNews scans thousands of news sources and brings the most relevant content to its users, it added.
