Engineering consultancy solutions provider Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd (TCEL) today said it has partnered with US-based software firm Autodesk to bring building information modelling (BIM) solutions for construction and infrastructure sectors.
“TCEL announced a strategic partnership with Autodesk, a world leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software, to deliver industry solution experiences to customers in infrastructure and construction sectors,” a company statement said.
TCEL plans to leverage Autodesk’s BIM solutions to bring business value to its global customers in power, infrastructure, chemical and building sectors serving them in key markets of Africa, Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe and India through joint business development and engineering consultancy services, it added.
Commenting on the development, TCEL Managing Director JP Haran said: “We are committed to providing responsible consulting solutions to our customers that are sustainable, smart and cost efficient. Providing technology-enabled solutions also complements our larger strategic goals in spreading our business in the global markets.”
