The Hyderabad Software Exporters’ Association (HYSEA) and TalentSprint, a human resources development solutions firm, have joined hands to launch career advice to students and job aspirants on what does industry expects from them.
The series of talks, titled What Industry Wants (#WIW), will throw light on the kind of skills and expertise that various businesses and enterprises expect from job aspirants. Experts will share insights into the job hiring trends with the job aspirants.
“They will shed light on the impact of disruptive technologies such as Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, BlockChain, Internet of Things and Cyber Security on hiring,” Santanu Paul, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TalentSprint, has said in a statement.
“As the voice of industry, it is very important for HYSEA to address the academic and student community, and sensitise them on rapidly evolving industry trends,” Ranga Pothula, President of HYSEA, said.
