Zoho, a provider of online productivity, collaboration and business applications, and the US-based RingCentral, have announced the integration of Zoho CRM, an advanced customer relationship management platform, with RingCentral, provider of cloud-based business communications.
Available immediately, the integration makes RingCentral’s customer call management features available from within Zoho CRM, enabling businesses to better communicate with customers.
“By integrating Zoho with RingCentral’s cloud business communications solution we are addressing a key requirement that many of our 15+ million users are demanding: better customer engagement and automation,” said Ian Wenig, Vice-President, Business Development, Zoho, in a press release. Zoho is headquartered in the US with a large presence in Chennai.
