KEC International , a global Infrastructure major from the RPG group, has secured new orders worth ₹1,029 crore in its transmission & distribution, cables and renewables businesses. The company has secured an order worth ₹207 crore from Power Grid Corporation for transmission line in Jammu & Kashmir. It also bagged two orders for replacement of existing conductors – one for ₹30 crore and the other for ₹253 crore from Zesco Ltd, Zambia. Shares of KEC International edged up one per cent at ₹103.3 on the NSE.

Ruchi Infrastructure has informed the exchanges that for the transfer of the oil refinery business of the company to Ruchi Soya Industries with effect from September 1, adjustment to the consideration has been arrived at ₹49.79 crore. Earlier, the figure of ₹44.14 crore had been arrived at on the basis of value of assets and liabilities as on completion date. Shares of Ruchi Infrastructure jumped 2.9 per cent at ₹12.4 on the NSE.

The capital raising committee of Kalyanpur Cements on Wednesday approved the issue of 1.06 crore equity shares of ₹10 each for cash at par aggregating to ₹10.6245 crore on rights basis. The ratio has been fixed at 1:2, which means one equity share for every two shares held in the company as on record date. The entire amount has to be paid on application, the company notification said. Shares of Kalyanpur Cements closed at ₹13, down 5 per cent on the BSE.
