Samvardhana Motherson Finance Ltd (SMFL) has raised Rs 222 crore from anchor investors. The company allotted 1.93 crore shares to anchor investors at Rs 115 a share, the company said in a release on Wednesday.

SMFL has fixed the price band at Rs 113-118 a share for its Rs 1,665-crore public issue.

The anchor investors include First State Investments ICVC through their depository — The Royal Bank of Scotland, First State Investments (Hong Kong), Ivy Pacific Opportunities Fund, Birla Sun Life, Government of Singapore and Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Ivy Pacific Opportunities Fund has been allotted 45.22 lakh shares (23.4 per cent) stake of anchor investor portion, while the Government of Singapore got 46.88 crore shares (24.2 per cent) stake.

Birla Sun Life, through its various funds, has been allotted 47.83 lakh equity shares. The Monetary Authority of Singapore B has been allotted 8.70 lakh shares while the Monetary Authority of Singapore has been allotted 12.45 lakh equity shares
