Jeera prices fell by Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today owing to weak local demand amid adequate stocks.
Jeera common and jeera best quality prices fell by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 14,800-14,900 and Rs 16,800-17,000 per quintal, respectively.
Market analysts said poor local demand amid adequate stocks mainly pulled down the jeera prices at the wholesale kirana market here.
