Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale sugar market today as prices moved in a narrow range on restricted buying against adequate stocks position.
Market analysts said adequate stocks against sporadic demand mainly kept the prices steady.
Following are the quotations in Rs per quintal:
Sugar ready M-30 2,920-3,050 and S-30 2,900-3,030.
Mill delivery M-30 2,710-2,860 and S-30 2,700-2,825.
Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Kinonni 2,850, Asmoli 2,840, Mawana 2,820, Titabi 2,810, Thanabhavan 2,760, Budhana 2750 and Dorala 2,800.
