Majority of pulse seeds and pulses in Indore mandis on Friday ruled firm on improved buying at lower rate with moong (bold) at ₹6,000-6,200 a quintal, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹5,500-6,000. Rise in moong also lifted its dal with moong dal (medium) to ₹7,300-7,500, while moong dal (bold) ruled at ₹7,700-7,900 and moong mongar at ₹8,050-8,250.
Masur ruled stable on subdued buying and weak arrival with masur (bold) ruling at ₹5,100-25, while masur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹4,700-5,000. Masur dal (average) was being quoted at ₹5,900-25, masur dal (medium) at ₹6,000-25, while masur dal (bold) ruled at ₹6,100-25.
Urad also ruled firm on improved queries and weak arrival with urad (bold) at ₹5,100, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹4,700-5,000. Similarly, urad dal (medium) was at ₹6,100-6,300, urad dal (bold) at ₹6,400-6,800, while urad dal (mongar) ruled at ₹7,100-7,500 a quintal.
