Hinesh Doshi has been appointed an independent director in Samco Securities and Sivaramakrishnan S Iyer and Kanu Doshi on the board of its holding company — Samco Ventures Pvt Ltd. The main objective of the team will be to assess the strategies undertaken by the leadership at a strategic level as well as to guide them regarding future decisions, keeping the overall corporate vision of the company in mind, Samco Securities said in a release.
