Edelweiss Capital Ltd, a leading diversified financial services company, has appointed Mr Sanjiv Misra, as an Independent Director on its Board of Directors.
Mr Misra is a finance professional with over 25 years of Asia Pacific and Global experience with organisations like Citigroup, Salmon Brothers and Goldman Sachs.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St Stephen's College, Delhi University, a post-graduate diploma in management from IIM, Ahmedabad, and a Master of Management from the J L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society, said the press release.
