Pharma stock shone in late trading on the BSE on Tuesday. Sun Pharma Industries maintained its firm undertone to extend its gains by the close on the BSE on Tuesday. At 3.20 pm the stock was up 4.22 per cent at ₹838.5 as against ₹804.55 at close on Monday.
Cipla also strode up to hold gains of 2.83 per cent at ₹644.90. The stock had ended the previous session at ₹627.15.
Tata Power charged up 2.6 per cent to quote at ₹90.90. The stock was trading at ₹88.6 at the close on Monday.
State Bank of India also built on its early gains by the close. It was quoting at ₹2,653.65 ahead of the close. This was a gain of 2.28 per cent on its previous close at ₹2,594.60.
GAIL (India) held firm to keep gains of 2.01 per cent at the close. The share was quoting at ₹494.60 as against ₹484.85 at close on Monday.
