Mauritius-based investment firm Warhol has cut its stake in Gammon India to 1.86 per cent from 9.84 per cent on Thursday. According to a disclosure by Gammon India, Warhol sold a total of 1.09 crore shares at ₹29.6 crore in two tranches. According to bulk deal data, HDFC Mutual Fund bought 8.78 lakh shares. Promoters currently hold 34.99 per cent stake in the company. Shares of Gammon India tumbled 3 per cent at ₹27.45 on the NSE.
