KEC International, after market hours, informed the exchanges that it has completed the sale of its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation Private Ltd for a total consideration of ₹82.3 crore. The telecom assets, consisting of 381 telecom sites, are in the states of Chhattisgarh. Meghalya and Mizoram. In April, the company had entered into a binding agreement for sale of its telecom assets with ATC. The stock could react positively to the development.
