Bhagyanagar Properties has executed a sale deed on Thursday in favour of Sai Surya Developers, Hyderabad, for sale of 3,310 square yards of open land out of a total of 14.44 acres of land situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Hyderabad, at a price of ₹12,000 per sq yd. The company has received an amount of ₹3.97 crore from the sale. Shares of Bhagyanagar Properties slumped 10.32 per cent at ₹25.20 on the BSE.
