Bharat Financial Inclusion has informed the exchanges that it has assigned a pool of receivables for an aggregate value of ₹313.78 crore to one of the largest public sector banks on direct assignment basis. This is the second direct assignment transaction during the current fiscal, said Bharat Financial, formerly known as SKS Microfinance. In fact, this might well be one of the largest assignment transactions in the microfinance industry post-demonetisation.
