Expressing deep concern for the flood-affected people of Tamil Nadu, City Union Bank has informed the exchanges that it has contributed a sum of ₹1 crore towards the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund of Tamil Nadu, which includes a sum of ₹42 lakh contributed by employees of the private sector bank equivalent to their one day salary and ₹58 lakh as part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of the bank.
