Federal Bank on Monday informed the BSE that the Board of Directors of the bank, at its meeting held on June 29, fixed the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of shareholders for issue of bonus shares as July 9, 2015. The south-based private sector bank had announced a bonus issue of shares in the ratio of 1:1, that is, one bonus equity share for every one equity share held in the bank.

Shriram Transport Finance Company has informed the BSE that it has decided to submit to the stock exchanges the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the first three quarters of the current financial year 2015-16 and the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 in view of the proposed amalgamation of Shriram Equipment Finance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary, with the company for which approval of the Board of Directors was accorded in the previous board meeting held on June 26, 2015.

Gammon Infrastructure Projects has informed the BSE that Indira Container Terminal Private Limited (ICTPL), one of the joint venture SPVs of the company, has accepted the proposal by the Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) for alternative use of the Offshore Container Terminal for roll-on/roll-off operations, i.e., providing facilities to importers and exporters of automobiles and self-propelled equipment, for a period of one year from the date of operation with revenue share in the raio of 45 per cent to ICTPL and 55 per cent to MbPT.

Jarigold Textiles has informed the BSE that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on July 7, 2015, to consider, among other matters, change of name of the company from ‘Jarigold Textiles Limited’ to ‘Kintech Renewables Limited’ or any other name as may be made available by the Registrar of the Companies, Gujarat. Jarigold Textiles also said that the meeting will consider enhancing thte borrowing powers of Board.
