Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail on Wednesday entered into a multi-store retail and e-commerce license agreement with American Eagle Outfitters Inc. With the license agreement, the company has acquired exclusive rights to use the American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie brands to operate stores and e-commerce sites and to sell products of these brands in India. American Eagle is among the leading global specialty retailers offering trendy clothing, accessories and personal care products at ‘affordable’ prices. The stock of AB Fashion surged 5.6 per cent at ₹173.40 on the NSE.
Lyka Labs on Wednesday allotted 61 lakh shares at a price of ₹55 apiece on preferential basis to non-promoter groups. The allottees are Mayak J Shah (20 lakh shares), Shruti M Shah and Prasham M Shah (15 lakh shares each), Shreyans J Shah (five lakh shares) and MJ Shah (HUF) and Pranay Godha (three lakh shares) each. Shares of Lyka Labs closed at ₹54.35, up 2.64 per cent on the NSE.
Bharat Rasayan has informed the exchanges that it has issued commercial paper (CP) worth ₹20 crore maturing on November 14. The instrument has been rated CARE A1+. The company has appointed HDFC Bank as issuing and paying agent for the CP issue. The stock of Bharat Rasayan gained 0.4 per cent at ₹3,096.35 on the NSE.
