The Competition Commission of India has tweeted that it finds no appreciable adverse effects on competition in the proposed acquisition of Ruchi Soya by Adani Wilmar. Adani has offered to pay ₹6,000 crore for Ruchi Soya - ₹300 crore more than Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurved.
