Shares of Cranes Software International will remain in focus, as its board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider a proposal to delist the company’s shares from the National Stock Exchange without giving an exit option to shareholders. Shares of the company are also listed on the BSE. If the board approves the delisting from the NSE, then the stock may see low liquidity. Currently, promoters hold just 6.38 per cent stake while the rest is with the public.
