Crisil has hired more than 250 fresh recruits through campus interviews conducted in 2011, announced the analytical firm in a release.
Crisil's placement programme offers analytical roles in its ratings, research, global research and analytics, and infrastructure advisory businesses, said the release.
“This year, we hired around eight per cent of our employee base from more than 50 leading B-Schools across India,” said Ms Roopa Kudva, Managing Director, and CEO, CRISIL. Of these, 22 are management graduates from the Indian Institutes of Management.
Crisil has a young work force, with an average age of 28 years.
Crisil caters small, mid-sized and large firms and the government sector in India along with the leading multinational banks and corporates globally. This provides an opportunity for better exposure and opportunities to its employees.
