Decks have been cleared for listing of Ybrant Digital Ltd on the Bombay Stock Exchange, consequent to reorganisation of capital and fresh allotment of shares in the amalgamation following acquisition of LGS Global.
Ybrant, a privately held digital marketing company, acquired IT services company LGS Global, which is listed on the BSE. The name of the amalgamated entity has been changed from LGS Global to Ybrant Digital.
“The board took cognisance of the amalgamation of Ybrant Digital and LGS Global as directed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court of Andhra Pradesh,” the company said here in a statement.
The face value of the share has been changed from Rs 10 to Rs 2. Trading of the stock ‘LGS Global’ has been temporarily suspended to accommodate the changes.
