The board of Delta Corp on Tuesday declared the closure of the QIP issue, which was opened for subscription to institutioanl investors on May 11. The board has fixed the issue price at ₹155 a share against the floor price of ₹162.78. The company will raise about ₹550 crore by allotting 3.548 crore shares to the eligible qualified institutional buyers. Shares of Delta Corp slipped 0.66 per cent at ₹165.75 on the BSE.
