GlobalSpace Technologies , a fast-growing, new-age technology company, has announced the acquisition of 70.80 per cent stake in Miljon Medi APP LLP for an undisclosed sum. Miljon Medi APP is a health tech start-up with a B2B digital platform that connects manufacturers of pharmaceutical generics to the entire pharma channel, right till the retail chemist. The company claims to have some of the leading generic manufacturers already on its platform with an existing network of around 73 distributors and 9,380 chemists as its active users. For GlobalSpace, it’s a strategic acquisition, which would further consolidate its vision of creating a truly integrated digital healthcare ecosystem. The stock jumped 1.14 per cent at ₹66.75 on the BSE-SME.
