Greenply Industries has transferred its entire shareholding in Greenply Industries (Myanmar) Pvt Ltd to Greenply Alkemal (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Singapore. Following this, Greenply Industries (Myanmar) Pvt Ltd, Myanmar, has ceased to be its wholly owned subsidiary. The Greenply stock gained 0.55 per cent at ₹175 on the BSE.
